Provide coordinated job placement for participants who have successfully completed the training program.

Complete the L. V. Hackley Commitment to Success Program, the basic core of all successful employees and communities. (Six Pillars of Character: trustworthiness, respect, responsibility, fairness, caring and citizenship)
Successful completion of the program earns a certificate of graduation
Graduates of the program may join the EMERGE committee charged with maintenance, promoting leadership skills and enhancing character education of the EMERGE Program.
